How we work
Most homeowners meet an exterior contractor at a bad moment: after a storm, after a leak, after a neighbor mentions their roof got replaced. That moment tends to come with pressure, and pressure is where bad decisions get made.
Our approach is simpler than that. We inspect. We document what we find. We explain it in language that doesn't require a construction background. Then you decide what you want to do, with enough information to make that call yourself.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a repair will hold. Sometimes it's that the roof is at the end of its life. Sometimes it's that nothing needs doing yet and you should check again next year. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something you didn't need.
